Benefits of Drinking Warm Lemon Water Every Morning

A squeeze of lemon into warm water every morning has more lasting effects than one might think...

  1. I do this every day, but I make an entire pot and take it to my desk and make sure it is gone by the end of the day. In the summer months, I chill it and add a pinch of sweetner for a cool, brisk lemon shot all day long. For dinner, freeze this in ice cube trays as great flavored additions to your summer cooler and last, splash some sugar, honey and champagne and freeze sheet pan breaking up ice crystals every hour for a wonderful fresh summer sorbet. Healthy and refreshing! When you are done with the lemons, toss them in olive oil and sea salt and throw them on the grill until they have great char marks.
