Juicy July Challenge!

Do you love a challenge? If YES, join my Juicy July Green Smoothie Challenge. I challenge you to have one green smoothie or juice every day in the month of July. Why? Green juices and smoothies easily add more fruits and veggies into your diet, help to hydrate your body, and every sip is packed with vitamins and antioxidants. Need help getting started? Look for my super simple recipe after the picture. So, who's with me?







Berry Green Smoothie 

  • 2 cups fresh spinach, packed 
  • 1 cup cold filtered water (add more if you want a thin consistency) 
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (or whatever berries you have around) 
  • 1 frozen banana (if you don't have frozen, just add ice)  


Blend and enjoy!
