Frozen Banana Chia Pudding

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 TSP cinnamon
  • 2 banana, VERY ripe and frozen
  • 2 TBSP unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Combine the first three ingredients and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.  

Blend the bananas and 2 TBSP unsweetened vanilla almond milk. This mixture should be very thick.

Layer the 2-4 TBSP of the chia pudding between the banana mixture in a glass or jar and enjoy!

Optional: Add a few strawberries, raspberries, blueberries or any other fruit to the banana mixture to switch up the flavors!
