Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats

Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats (2 Servings)
cup unsweetened Almond Milk (vanilla or original)
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup canned pumpkin or pumpkin butter if you don't like the taste of plain pumpkin puree
Tbsp chia seeds
Tbsp pure maple syrup or honey (if you like a sweeter breakfast)
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or make your own with this recipe)
Combine all ingredients in a container or jar and mix until fully combined. Place in the refrigerator overnight and enjoy for the perfect on the go breakfast! Or perfect laying around in your PJs breakfast!
