What the guide contains: 17 pages of NoNo Foods, Super! foods, importance of water and fiber in a diet, my grocery list, clean eating for very beginners, how to get back on track, clean eating on a budget, and some other tidbits. It's NOT fancy, no pictures or graphics, just my words. I've lost 65lbs in well under a year by clean eating :) ​ Although I have had success, I cannot promise the same for every person. I cannot guarantee anything; I just know this is what has worked for me.
