Blueberry Muffin Smoothie

Blueberry muffins are delicious, comforting, and filling but are also packed with sugar. My blueberry smoothie is perfect for breakfast and is filling, healthy, and will still manage to soothe your sweet tooth!

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/2 frozen banana 
  • 1 scoop vanilla or unflavored protein powder
  • 1/2 - 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (depending on how thick you want it)
  • 1/4 TSP cinnamon
Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender. Pour into your favorite mason jar or to-go cup and enjoy!
